Asad has started his campaign with a style — nothing but truth. He has firmly put the ball in voters’ court from the beginning. I think it’s a refreshing way to kick start a poll drive. A neat, clean and honest man, I hope he gets his way into the National Assembly.

Wished him best of luck and how friends in the NA 48 will be supporting him. Just lifting his spirits, not that they needed any lifting. Basically, just showing that there are folks that would love to see him NA and tackle on national issues alongside IK.

It would be much better if he were to go into the constituency and learn about the issues faced by people there. That way he won't look like an imported appliance to the electorate.

PTI MNA Ghulam Sarwar was disqualified by the EC because of a fake degree. His PTI membership was suspended.
Ayla Malik's inter certificate has been declared bogus by the BISE. News is that once the EC disqualifies her, her PTI membership will also be suspended. Maybe even before that.
PML-N ex-MNA Javed Hasnain was disqualified in 2010 in a bogus degree case, after he won the election in 2008. Good news. He will be running from NA-68 vacated by Nawaz Sharif.
PML-N ex-MNA Hanif Abbasi, implicated in a criminal case, and let off, thanks to friendly judges, is now going to contest against Asad Umar.
There are some basic differences at the grass root level between these 2 parties, which I hope will become clear to the people at large over this term.

yes, dheet pan aur bayghairti ki inteha hai. NA 56 mein dhaandli ke bawajood buri tarah hara, do banday marwa diye, ephedrine scandal ka kiss ko nahin pata, police dhoondti rahi elections ke baad lekin yeh insaan dobara election mein khara ho raha hai aur woh bhi Islamabad ki urban seat se. LAgta hai jo hashish/heroin yeh NA 56 mein bechta raha hai woh abb khud istemaal kar raha hai.
