At that time it didnt seem probable that arsalan could front up to Malik Riaz. What do you think of his current shenanigans after losing a prestigious job which had nothing to do with his experience?

We can still give arsalan benefit of doubt viz a viz malik Riaz, but while accepting the present role arsalan should have kept in mind that questions regarding conflict of interest would arise. He shouldn't have taken this post in any case. No morality in Pakistan.

similar to the example you have quoted. The chief minister himself has claimed that he was given the position due to his father's services. I see conflict of interests in two accounts here, first what I mentioned above and second his father was the one Who cancelled rekodiq's previous investment contracts and now the son was going to find investers.

Article 62 n 63 parhay wht it says therE is more in it other than having daughter. By the way man also tried this trick bck in 2007 n sher afghan also both apeals were rejected by supreme court :)

Despite Imran's nearly 20 years of career in politics, the opposition to this day still finds itself pathologically desperate to dig dirt form his non political bachelor life from nearly 30 years ago, proves the point that the guy's politically clean!
He raises his voice against financial corruption, electoral fraud, dynasty politics, blood politics and they bring in his alleged love child to counter him. By the the way, that alleged love child must be in her mid 20s now! An adult living far away from Pakistan who probably doesn't need third class certified political crooks and criminals using her name and personal life to do dirty politics.
This whole thing is more embarrassing and defeatist than effective. At least the FBI dropped a real bomb on Martin Luther King Jr with their 'tapes' that were enough to completely destroy him as a person and a public figure.

^^^This is not a big deal. Unfortunately he has no vision. In opposition to Zardari or PPP, he even supported the son of snake, knowing that both were corrupt. This younger snake has already forgotten that IK supported him at the time when he was going through very difficult times. Unless IK realizes when and who to support, he will remain the master of u-turns and his career as politician would be a failed politician.

I agree with Sachaydino, Imran showed a lack of judgement about thug and thug junior's character.

Imran was not the only one though (although he is a leader so has a bigger responsibility) ... lets go back to when was it, 2008? and see how many ppl were anti musharraf and pro ifti.... sadly anyone who would question ifti would be labelled pro musharraf and anti judiciary. That was the mind set of a large part of the nation anyways. Now a rational approach would be to hold muahrraf accountable for his misadventures, and hold ifti responsible for his shenanigans, but that was not done.
Imran has done it before too right, with the maulvis, who he backed and whose chamchay roughed him up.
He needs to be above this nonsense, and be open, if he made a bad cal;, say I made a bad call.
I am no imran fanboy, but him having his way with the ladies in his youth is no match for these thugs having their way with the nations assets, programs, institutions and citizens. and that is about as politely as i can put it.
