Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

are in my opinion nothing more than a cheap excuse for free booty calls.

The current Shohaib Malik and Ayesha Siddiqui mystery silent nikkah has the whole country and it’s equally annoyed neighbor, India, totally surprised.

So, upon watching the news today, I was shocked that … how could a famous cricketer…

marry some girl that looks like this Ayesha girl…as if all the girls in Pakistan died or something, and he had to resort to marry that moti behns nobody in a totally different country…

…have a nikkahnama signed with her…

…without a nikkah ceremony?

…without a real shaadi ceremony? without mehndi, valima, no public announcements?

…no RUKHSATI, which is the cherry on the cake!

…LASTING FOR EIGHT YEARS MINIMUM…WITHOUT A PEEP FROM THE GIRL’S FAMILY…

…supposed visits to her town in the interim…

Supposedly, her family knew about this arrangement from day one. Irregardless how this ridiculous match even came to be, whether the nikkahnama is a fake, and whether Shiv Sena is paying this family a lot of money from behind to make Pakistan look like a source of perpetual sleeze buckets (which honestly, he doesn’t even need to pay anyone - the evidence is clear as day if anyone cares to take a look)…

I don’t understand how these types of secret marriages take place, where there is no rukhsati, no serious attempts to register a marriage so legal recourse can be sought if there are any problems…

like do these things actually HAPPEN???

My dad is sitting there amused by the news, and he says “Aisa hota hai”, when I asked him whether this kind of marriage is even realistic.

It sounds nothing more than whore-bagging your daughter out to some nutcase.

:D
Only if any pakistani family send their girl alone to the guy.
Every time she come over a sali or MIL accompany her.

okay, as the resident Sialkot expert and Malik's fan number one, let me explain what happened. this Ayesha or Maha Siddiqi used someone else's picture to chat up Malik. she is an older lady who teaches or at one time taught somewhere in the gulf. this was stated by a former student of hers on an old Nadia Khan show who explained the whole story. I could be wrong but she might have even said that the real Ayesha Siddiqi used pictures of her niece possibly. now, of course the real pictures of the real Ms. Siddiqi are out. and it is also very interesting to note that Ms. Siddiqi's parents have done their horse and cattle show on TV but the real star of the show has spoken with media outlets but has never given an interview on camera. wonder why that is...

now, lets get real. while Malik is no Imran Khan, why on earth would he knowingly marry someone who looks like Ms. Siddiqi? if I was Malik, I would set my eyes much higher. I'm not being a superficial jackass. god knows I am no Imran Khan either. but even most qabool soorat ordinary guys would aim a lot higher than Ms. Siddiqi. so, why would Malik who could get any beautiful, educated girl he wanted in Pakistan marry someone like Ms. Siddiqi? so, clearly he was duped along the way. (no, I'm not gay for Malik... even though it probably came out that way... but you kids know what I mean)

but it goes without saying that Malik is ultra-retarded for marrying someone over the internet. and then failing to confirm she actually looked like her pics. but you can't blame him for that. I have a theory about the water in Sialkot which makes my people so vulnerable to internet romances. I bet if you traced most internet chatroom romances, the origins of most will be in Sialkot. what can I say... we sialkotis got game.

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

Why would a superstar conduct an internet marriage ANYWAY?

Why would he not meet her in person?

And then furthermore, upon finding out who the real Ms. Aisha is, why did he not apply for a divorce immediately? Oh right, it wasn't even registered to begin with, but just as easily and sketchily a nikkah can be done, it can be undone. All he had to do was go to her and say "Talaaq" 3 times and it would be done.

By now, the marriage should have dissolved.

By now, as the marriage had not dissolved, the parents of Ms. Aisha should have gotten the marriage registered and demanded she be rukhsatified.

And WHO MARRIES SOMEONE WITHOUT CHECKING OUT WHAT THEY REALLY LOOK LIKE??????????????????????????

As non-superficial as I am, and as much as Ms. Aisha probably looks better than I do (so I should be terribly offended by Samb's statements), I acquiesce the above is TRUE, OBVIOUS, and COMMON SENSE.

Seriously. He's friggin rich, and famous. Um, he could marry REEMA of all the girls in Pakistan, and have actually done better.

err... did you not read my theory about the water in Sialkot? think about it. it answers all your questions and plugs all the holes.

on a serious note, even though it is retarded that he supposedly never met her. some of what he said has even been confirmed by Ms. Siddiqi herself. for example, when the Pak team went to India a couple of years ago, the whole team was invited to the Siddiqi family's house. and Malik claims that even then he didn't meet her. he was being blasted for this since it seemed so incredulous. but Ms. Siddiqi in her recent interviews said yes, I didn't meet him because "there were no other women in the house at the time". erm... okay... so, you were nikahfied to him according to you but you did not want to meet him alone? plus in how many families are parties thrown when all the women are out of house conveniently?

as far as divorce is concerned, if Malik never met the real Ms. Siddiqi as the real Ms. Siddiqi, then he clearly thought he was marrying the pretty girl in the picture and not the fat woman in real life. so, the question is - is the nikah even valid if you think you are marrying someone else and you end up with Ms. Siddiqi? I mean if I was marrying Shehnaz Sheikh and it turns out that I ended up with Veena Malik or Nirma, etc because I couldn't see through the shuttlecock burqa she was wearing, then am I really married to Veena/Nirma, etc?

having said all of the above, the one thing Malik really fked up is denying that he was nikahfied to someone even if he was duped. he should have admitted up front that he did get nikahfied but was tricked. apparently he has told his lawyer in India this much and that is going to be their line going forward in the legal proceedings.

Fat girls don't deserve to get married?

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

Shoaib Malik is the cousin of my cousin.....and I haven't been keeping up with the news. But I wonder as PCG....what was the need to go about an Internet affair.....and that too in such a gullible and naive way. LOL. Meh.....could be Sialkoti water.

i am petrified at some of the comments here.. bhens? moti? ugly? who r we to say nything bout ALLAH's mukhlook..HE knows best wat really happened..
in refernce to nadia khan show..i happend to watch tat episode..id say i hope n pray the victim gets justice whoever of these two is the victim n may HE guide us all to not call names or make offensive comments towards nyone, AMEEN.

see this is called being PC for the sake of being PC. it's a new fad.

no one is saying that fat ppl don't deserve to get married. heck I myself like a little meat on the bones. but lets get real. why would Malik marry someone like Ayesha Siddiqi? cut out the PC rubbish. think logically.

most cricketers have ended up marrying girls they could never dream of if it were not for their cricketing talents. have you seen Waqar's wife? or Azhar Mehmood's wife for example. she is gorgeous. without their cricket talents, none of these guys would have have been able to marry those kind of girls. so, why would Malik cross the border and fall in love with Ayesha Siddiqi of all people when most families in Pakistan would be happy to marry their daughter to him?

I don't really care about celebrity stories but I just wonder what did one woman do to earn such hate filled comments being thrown at her, that too by another woman, simply over her looks and body figure?

And I don't care how "P-C" it is, who gives anybody the right to pass nasty comments over someone's looks or figure especially when that person didn't do a thing to you? You're not being forced to marry this person, if you don't like them you don't have ot look at them. simple as that.

Anyways regarding the discussion about secret/unregistered nikkahs...then thats a big flaming red flag right there and a girl should realize what that means before she gets into that situation.

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

Man he landed Sania Mirza. Lucky . He has made a lot of Pakistani men happy bagging this Indian hottie. He needs to get a damn medal for this achievement.

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

Ok. Sania Mirza is a pretty ordinary looking girl. Without all that make-up.

hahahahahaaha!! Love it!!! I'm a Sialkoti too!!! :)

most galz are ..... so tht doesnt count .........

And since men don't wear makeup at all (generally speaking).....therefore they're ordinary looking ALL the time :D

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

Yep. So hard to find a man who looks like the lead singer of SYMT.

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati's...

But anyway going back to my orig question: do people get a nikkah, unregistered and not conduct a ruksati ... Just a hubby visiting his wife when he wants??

Re: Unregistered Nikkahs, Without Rukhsati’s…

So the Mirza girl is fat? She’s a tennis player… it’s funny girls here calling her fat… :omg:

errrr…did you read the thread?
the funny thing is that you have no idea what is being talked about
