13. Nice answer on this on. It is true that the approach should be bottom up.
14. If we ask Americans for proof against an outfit present in Pakistan itself then we show the incompetence of our agencies. Pakistan should have proofs itself what Haqqanis are doing. And for that matter what other extremists like Taliban or SSP or LJ or JuD are doing.
    Besides, do we honestly think that Haqqanis are in Pakistan playing cricket only? They are obviously planning and executing attacks in Afghanistan. And it is mistake to ignore them just because they are currently not targeting Pakistan itself. Just like what happened with Taliban, Haqqanis will also come back and haunt Pakistan later, if they are not nipped right now.

Proof = proof of intelligence regarding militants they are going to strike.

Drones have been very helpful in eliminating worst of Pakistan’s enemies. If they are also resulting in deaths of civilians then the solution is to work with the US and improve intelligence.
