Mirch…why you make a valid point about stifling creativity by imposing a uniform, I believe that there are many other avenues for them to exercise this freedom.

I also believe that encouraging a sense of equal footing with one’s peers is much more important in the development of a child’s personality as compared to allowing room for creativity.

Furthermore…if I use Catholic schools as a benchmark then there are enough children getting ‘creative’ with their skirt lengths and blouse necklines even with the uniform!

I presented three argument and I could make many but that will require an essay , then I though someone might have written one so I found one and posted the link. It has some very valid arguments.
