Not only me, but other family members have also asking him to maintain distance, but realistically what has he done wrong apart from talk and chat to his sister in law? Hardly crime of the century.
Also I assume people have guessed there is a joint family system.

Dude, what is your common sense telling you? It seems that either she did for a visa or she didn't realize you were so hideous in appearance & personality and couldn't do anything about it on the day of nikkah due to family obligations.
Seriously, drop her like a bad habit. I think this is a troll thread since how can a husband tolerate a wife who openly disdains him and is actively sexing up his brother?

I did mention in the OP we spoke beforehand and were happy. Visa wise, I don't know.

I can only see 2 options, move into a seperate house or get rid of her. I personally would divorce her and send her back home, in the mean time practise safe sex.

Also I had confronted her about her + my brother and they stopped talking to pretty much, hence this new facebook buddy.

okay I don't know if this is real or not...BUT WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU RESIDE IN THE SAME HOUSE AS YOUR BROTHER IF YOUR HAVING PROBLEMS AS SUCH...WHY! WHY?
Send her back home, and find yourself someone else...and shame on your brother but these stories are very common (with the brother-in-law)

What husband on earth would bear such behaviour of his wife and that too with his own brother? And the OP is in good senses to come and discuss this on GS rather than taking some serious steps and use his own mind. Hearing confessions from a wife and still continue living with her is the heights of tolerance 
She might want to end this marriage and is looking for ways. She has clearly conveyed this to you. Ab tau peecha chor do us ka. Ask her clearly whether she wants a divorce and then free her. Better for you and for her.

You live in a joint family, Have your parents ur sibblings and her together. Tell everyone what your problem is (with proofs) Tell them liking BIL could be a brotherly love or a joke but this Facebook guy ? you have no answer for this and hence you have decided to go separate ways. She can go to Pakistan and stay there or move out with this facebook guy if she prefers.
