Islamically the answer is simple.

That person - wife shud ask for separation because she cant divorce. right of divorce is only for a man.

although if its proved that he cheated and there is 4 witnesses to the actual cheating part then he and his mistress are to be punished which is 100 lashes and stoning till death. however since there is no one allowing this to happen in this day n age cos the west thinks its against human rights this aint gonna happen 99.9 % of the time. Had this is to occur ie the lashing andd stoning the sin of cheating wud be forgiven in this world but it has to b proved first. and if it aint proved and they actually cheated then the man n woman will be punished on day of judgemnt for defo.

All the above for your info on severity of the sittuation. so to answer your question.

Get Rid of Him through the option of ‘‘khula’’ via Islamic law thru shariah council of some sort which which is run by worth and acceptable scholars.

..then when he cries and begs for me to forgive him..

..then eventaully..id forgive him..

id try to find out y he did it..

i would try to make situation better..

yehh i know what ya mean. or it cud be that you just wana be ready for a sittution like this.

but to be honest on this. No one really gives a peanuts as if this sittuation actually occured. what wud ppl do. people actually dont care cos this especially in the west is so become a norm kinda thing that no one realises and they just forgive and forget the way the non muslims do.

but what the hell people only have themselves to blame when they are questioned on day of judgment.

one thought does come to mind. Why would the husband cheat anyways. is there a kami/fault in the wife that he has to go somwhere else or has she drove him away for any reason for him to look elsewhere cos if they love each other the sittuation wudnt arise.

or is the man just simply retarded and doest know that what pain he is causing his wife by doing this.
