Comparing America with India is like comparing apples with oranges, two opposite ends of the spectrum, May be if India is a democracy like America or Canada it can ask who wants to stay with India and who dosen’t and that would be starting point and an end to all the civil wars.
Maoist have grown from a small village in 60s to almost half of India with running their own govt. and you saying they are extinct breed…LOL…
