WOW!!! I’m just speechless…I was once “just casually” requested of this. I was really offended first but was told that it was said in good humor and that’s how I took it as - just a playful, casual, rather flirtatious behavior. Never knew it actually happens in our culture. And I’m not even a hijabi or come from a very orthodox and conservative background.

I think it really depends who gives it to you or who asks for it. if my fiance asked, i’d probably give it. if some homeless guy asked for it i’d push him in front of a bus
