The president suddenly has a hearth attack, and taken abroad for treatment.

Bilawal comes to Pakistan instead of being with his father and co-chairing people’s parties meetings.

The prime minister claims that the issue is not serious that’s why Bilawal is not on his fathers bedside.

Does this issue really has some other significance?
