There are a few questions in all this episode:
The president suddenly has a hearth attack, and taken abroad for treatment.
Bilawal comes to Pakistan instead of being with his father and co-chairing people's parties meetings.
The prime minister claims that the issue is not serious that's why Bilawal is not on his fathers bedside.
Does this issue really has some other significance?

I see ppl here soo happy as if zardari has already resigned, or he is going to resign soon. I dont think he will leave like this..may b he is meeting the stake-holders in uae discussing wat to do next, and may b he will come back. there is a setback for him, haqqani resignation, but i dont think he will let it go so easily.

Well the rumors are still rife, about zardari being exiled. The rumors have increased due to bilawals visit to Pakistan when his father was supposedly in Dubai for angina treatment.

Everyone is calling this illness a farce, Pakistan is facing a crucial junction at this time and unless he is at deaths door (which he is not since Bilawal is doing photo ops with PPP higher-ups) nothing can explain his absence. Why fly to Dubai if he is in such a dire condition when he has got the country's best at his beck and call .it's obvious he is cooking up something, he is way too shrewd to back out so easily. Even more suspicious when Hillary Clinton becomes his spokesperson all of a sudden and 'reassures' everyone of his return soon....like what? Why does America's secretary of state feels the need to comment on a foreign presidents sick visit to a hospital...?
