The tournament has reached qtr final stage in Malaysia and the line up is as follow:
India V England
Pak V Australia
SL VNZ
SA V Bangladesh
India has beaten England and are now in the semis.
SA beat BD to go into the semis as well.
India will play the winner of Pak V Aus clash to be played on Monday.

^ The Pak wicketkeeper Ali Asad appears very athletic....took a fabulous catch.....potential replacement for Akmal , one would think. Not sure how good he is at batting though.

I have only been watching for few overs and his keeping seems to be very impressive...also cosidering he is keeping against fairly paced bowler and now off Left arm spin, he is doing very well....
as i write, Pak's main bowler Adil raza who took 3 wickets in opening spell have twisted his ankle and is getting treatement out side the boundary....That is NOT good for Pak if he gets injured and Pak moves on to Semi final
Also 5th wicket has gone down, some medium pacer got the set batsman out caught behind again a nice catch by keeper, his 3rd for day

it looks very ugly as he stepped on the boundary rope while trying to stop a 4....he has gotten his ankle strapped up and lets see how he returns...
Imad hussain, the captain is a left arm spinner and is giving very very good air to the ball and has good control

kamran's Brother looks to be in hurry and is going after bowling....2nd over and he is shuffling across....walking down the legside.....trying to heave through the ball.......has hit 2 boundaries yes.....but needs to be smart too.

Well they succeeded .... Khatmal Junior did everything to get out and managed it also

akmal gone now.......bad technique, very very ordinary temperament, tape ball foot work, should have been out in first 2 balls....makes Imran nazir looks like Shoaib mohammad
May be thats the strategy to go after aussies in this game and thats why this brainless approach

This new left handed batsman has played couple of strokes that reminded me of saeed anwar...couple of flicks off his pads.....the other opener(who cored heavily against AUS a) seems to have very nice timing on on side.
