Congratulations! It takes about 3-4 days for your milk to come in, until then, it’s just colostrum which is really all baby needs. Keep him latched on properly and sucking, that is what will stimulate milk production and help your let down.

he problem is that i am.not allowed to hold him yet .so he has only tired the breast once and that was an hour after being born. Ever since then he has not experienced the lachting. I am hand expressing and hardly any colostrum comes out. I try every 3 hours.
