I can understand doesnt matter how much you like a dress if the attitude is like this its very difficult to communicate with such people.

exactly, after my fiancé found out about my conversation with Mohsin. He was super turned off, and said we are not getting anything from Umar Sayeed. Regardless of what outfits of his i like :(

Mohsin is super arrogant (I'm not sure why, he is a b-grade 'journalist' living of his brother's name). My advice is that when you go to Karachi make an appointment after 4pm then you can deal with Alina who also has an attitude but at least she goes and asks umar the prices rather than making them up on the spot like Mohsin (Mohsin quoted an outfit rs30000 more than umar originally had-u see I was testing him coz I felt the prices he was giving for other outfits was too much). I think basically the big names of Pakistani fashion now have to b dealt with in person coz they probably get so many enquiries that they get sick of them (which shouldn't excuse their behavior but this is Pakistan we are talking about)

exactly, some of the outfits i had attached, i knew the prices, from some girls on paklinks, and myself. And he quoted me double of all most all the outfits !
and he had such a shallow way of replying, i asked him if i could get any outfits made within my budget, and could he perhaps send me a picture of that price class and he goes "Umar's clothes are individual and not mass produced like English Biscuits or Olpers's milk. " And that Umar does not meet anyone unless you have confirmed a order. Huh?! keep your clothes and your name.
I don't know but the whole mails vibe was very shallow, and i felt not treated as a potential client, it was more like yea yea what do you want, pay the money and we'll sort something out.
No way, i need to be super content with the answers, as a bride to be, i should be the main focus in terms of requirements etc. But thats not sadly how Pakistani designers work, at least the large amount of them.

i made an appointment with him for wednesday, i am coming in from dubai. he didn't show any attitude or anything on the phone. hope he is nice in person.
I think his outfits go from like 3lakh up till 9 i have heard
I didn't get any of such 'attitude' by Mohsin Or Umer either.. infact he threw-in 2 dupatta's and a chiffon jacket so I could wear the same outfit differently.

The first outfit meera is wearing in her new lux add is by umar. It is a pretty old design but looks awesome in the clip, I have seen it at his studio (didnt ask the price) and it looked nice but it just looks fantastic with the lighting in the add.
The other 2 outfits she is wearing look like nomi ansari to me rather than umar. The link to the clip is below:
