it takes a major proportion of populous working togather on a shared and understood vision to make progress. its no good blaming the ulema, the mullahs alone
if your major worry is terror related then you can distribute more blame on pakistans unislamic pretenders rather then the ulema.
i dont see the ulema blocking pakistans route to prosperity at all
heck pakistan is a country where many people find the concept of work demeaning!
