Unless the butcher has his own ranches and has full control over the feed then you are still relying on cattle fed whatever. Now some butchers do have contracts with the open range organic poultry farms and cattle ranches but not all.
btw if what animals eat make the animals haram for us, then chicken just eat a lot of crap, even in pakistan..but no one has gone and declared chicken haram based on that. and I suppose same for their eggs..just something to think about
