The trick is to Vaseline the edges, works wonders.
My friend's six year old son has bought 5 red noses this year cuz he keeps losing them ... far cry from when my friend and I were that age. I remember comic relief 20 years ago, when our (Pakistani) mums used to cut out the circle bit from egg boxes, paint them with red nail polish and sew a rubber band through them to make them stick. I don't quite think me mam understood the true essence of comic relief, bless her. Mind you, Konnie and the rest of the Blue Peter team could learn a thing or two off her.
