Mr. seminol and Ohioguy, the issue here is not who saved whose butt, the issue is democracy, human rights, justice and tolerance. You people preach all these to the world yet you don't sincerely parctise it yourselves. You should sincerely practise what you preach to others or else people will call you fraud and for good reason. If you say the US has good reason to flout human rights, conspire against the democratic movements, promote inequalities then I would say others have even better reasons to do so. So, in the end saving butt is nothing but an excuse. The only thing you can say now is that you are the chosen people of God so somehow you have the right to flout human rights, conspire against democratic movements, promote inqualities and at the same time claim to be the champions of these lofty ideas. You deserve some extra privileges just as you enjoy over the blacks in your country. This is the bottom line you are trying to convey but it is so hideous that you cannot admit it publicly; the world knows your bottom line only too well.
