Here is the bottom line. The world would be a freakin' mess without the US. You may choose to dwell on the negatives, and there have been more than a few mistakes. We supported dictators, supported proxy wars against communists (and how would Pakistan feel with a Soviet Proxy State next door in Afghanistan?). But you are ignorant in the extreme if you ignore the fact that huge portions of the world are infinitely better off beacuse they were defended or freed by the United States. The world economy is infinitely better because of the dynamism of the US economy.
I look around and I do not see a SINGLE Muslim country with an admirable Government, yet you all behave as if you are experts at enlightened Governance. You go to Western countries that were either saved or liberated by the US, and you declare yourself experts at Global fair play. Obnoxious know-it-all critics are really pretty amusing.... go ahead and regurgitate your self-righteous critique, and your fashionable coffee shop blather, breathe the free air.
