I agree with the self reliance part. Pakistan shouldn’t be dependent on foreign aid.

That said, would you be for putting liars in jail? How about people who don’t pray five times a day? Both those things are forbidden in Islam. Also, I’m pretty sure the “there is no compulsion in religion” is an accepted part of the Islamic religion.

Show me where in the Quran it says that Muslims should use governments to enforce adherence to the Quran.

There really is no justification for religion being involved with governance. Infusion of religion to government has a very long history of ending badly.

Islamic rule has been in place for over 1000 years, how you can say no rules in quran and the hadiths.

“O you who believe, obey Allaah and obey His Messenger, and the people in authority among you. And if you dispute over anything, refer it to Allaah and His Messenger if you really believe in Allaah and the Last Day, that is best in terms of consequences.” (4:59)

‘And take whatever the Messenger has brought to you and refrain from whatever he has forbidden you.’’ [Al-Hashr, 59:7]

“Those who do not rule by what Allah has revealed are disbelievers.”[5-44]

as for no compulision in the deen this applies to the non muslims, like the hindus and christians we cannot force them to become muslims look at india as example in history.
