Your avatar looks conspicuously like Erwin Rommel, but perhaps I was too quick to judge. I don’t feel sorry for any personal attacks though, I’m doing to you what you do to other human beings in the name of “morality.”
I hate corruption just as much as the next guy. Even if the Pakistani people don’t have the ability to reject the aid, that doesn’t make the attachment of aid to specific requirements “forceful.” Tanks and bombs are forceful, sanctions are forceful, but withholding of aid is the prerogative of the donor country. You make it sound like America has a duty to give unconditional aid to Pakistan.
If the US was going to use force, which it isn’t, that wouldn’t even necessarily be a bad thing. We use force to stop others from using force, don’t we? If we can use force to stop murder and rape, then we can use force to stop the abuse of people’s human rights.
Also, “secular extremists”? That’s a good one.
