U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

YOUR JOKING, RIGHT?
what knowledge do you posses on azad kashmir?
do you know how strongly azad kashmiris would oppose any indian/hindu/sikh/christian coming in without an invite!
even in the context of other wars going on its beyond imagination.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

yes they will resist but India could have very well taken that territory from Pakistan

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Question is not about fighting USA, but question is, for what?

If USA attacks Pakistan, Pakistan will defend by all means, but that does not mean inviting such attack for something unworthy and immaterial like Taliban.

As for Taliban, best Musharraf did was left them on Allah. It seems Allah sent USA as Qahar-e-ilahi on Taliban that made tora-bora of them Taliban. That qahar-e-ilahi could have fallen on Pakistan too but Allah gave hadayah to Musharraf that saved Pakistan from that Qahar-e-ilahi that fell on Taliban and later on Iraq.

Just imaging, if such war happens, American forces would not even put their foot on Pakistan soil but would just going to blockade Pakistan trade as they would control sea around us (no oils, no medicines, no military equipments or any essentials Pakistan needs from import), put sanctions on all goods to Pakistan and would rely on heavy bombing. Pakistan attack would be different from Afghanistan or Iraq, as American need to change regime would not going to be a desire but USA purpose would be just to destroy Pakistan as a nation.

Such war would be only one sided. American missiles would be hitting Pakistan from Saudi Arabia and sea around Pakistan (from American ships) and bombs from bombers flying sky-high over Pakistan, while Pakistanis would be dying in masses. Meanwhile some pathetic Pakistanis and other so-called sympathisers sitting safely in their western countries (some even in USA) would be watching Pakistani miseries on TV doing drawing room talking that how evil USA is (as they do referring to Iraqi miseries and USA action there).

Obviously, Pakistan has no means to defend themselves from such attacks (Pakistan makes little defence materials for such attacks. There is no comparison as technologically very advanced USA spends over 500 billion dollars directly (1000 billion dollars directly and indirectly) on defence every year whereas underdeveloped Pakistan spends less than 4 billion dollars a year on defence.

If west just stops all military supply to Pakistan and liberally start supplying military supply to India (India spends around 25 billion dollars a year on defence), the imbalance would be such that it would become impossible to defend Pakistan even from India.

[Note: Most of Pakistani military equipments are American made (even western European made equipments are prone to American influences) and even sanctions on spare parts can heavily deteriorate Pakistan military capability].

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

in self defense one of the most important lessons is how to not get in a fight :) in martial arts one of the most important lesson is how to avoid using your abilities and skills.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Allah has also given us clear guidance on what path to choose under certain circumstances, and where we have clear guidance, not choosing His Path is considered to be rejecting, not only His Favor but also rejecting that He & only He is to Be obeyed.

And by the way what are Pakistani values anyway? What percentage of those values would be considered Islamic?

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

^^^
Well, at least Pakistan has a ruler that Allah loves and gives Hadayeh that saved Pakistan from Azaab-e-illahi that Allah sent for Taliban sinful rulers. So, whatever values, there are some good Pakistanis because of whom Pakistan is save from Azab-e-illahi and now prospering.

*.

Such a pious decision by ameer-ul-momineen-e-Pakistan Musharaf based on the belief that:
‘If Allah is with Taliban, nothing would happen to them and they do not need any Pakistani help, but if Allah is not with them, nothing could save them and thus it is best to keep Pakistan away from Azaab that came for them Taliban sinful government’. That means head (Allah is with Taliban) Pakistan wins and tail (Allah is against Taliban) Pakistan wins.

I believe such a beautiful and pious thought can only come to someone close to Allah, as certainly Musharaf is. (anyone likes it or not) :)*

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Point taken & the only point in this revelation by President Pervaiz Musharraf.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

I do remember Uncle Sam saying just days after 11th September that they would take out Pakistan's nuclear infrastructre if Pakistan didn't co-operate.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Saudis gave us free oil. :D

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

:D :D :D

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Nicely said. Just the sort of things I think of. Pakistan must use & grab all that Uncle Sam has to offer.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Pakistan has managed to afford only 2 nuclear reactors in the course of it's 59 year history.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Sab Teek Bola.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Pakistan's armed forces are only there to rival against Hindustan. Hindustan has been our only enemy for the last 59 years.

Pakistani Armed Forces are not in any way capable of taking on any of the bigger powers like Uncle Sam, Russia, China, etc. simply because.... no other threat has been forseen!

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

And no, it won't be the Americans as Pakistanis usually like to blame. It'll be likely the Afghans (like last time) or the Baloch.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Uncle Sam took it's time to arrive in Pakistan.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Not really. Syria hardly has any Arab support.

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

Pakistan has major threat from Bharat. And so most of Pakistan’s preparations are against Bharat-Mata. It is like all the countries you have quoted above.
But this does not mean that Pakistan army will sit in barracks while any country besides Bharat-Mata attack on Pakistan’s soil.

Why is this simple fact so hard to understand?

Re: U.S. threatened to bomb Pakistan after 9/11: Musharraf

And where did I say that Pakistan should attack America? No. War is not in our interest at the moment. Not even with Bharat-Mata, let alone America. Pakistan should do absolutely everything it can to avoid any such war. Right now Pakistan needs to improve its economy.
But there are certain things which can not be compromised. Like Pakistan’s sovereignty. While Pakistan must do everything it can to rid Quaida and its affiliates, it should let itself taken for granted by the Monkey Administration.
