Actually we do have incontrovertible proof of Pakistani involvment. One of the simpler ones to understand is the following chain:

On other attacks, there are evidences such as your ex-leaders admitting misuse and redirection of funds and armaments against India; there is also taped conversation of Musharaf, then your military leader, in conversation with his deputy being informed that they “have it claimed for mujahideen”…would you like a context or will you remember?
