Yes i am in Sydney. I was planning to head out to the city where this is happening. Not the exact cafe but around there. Then i decided to cancel and spend time watching some pakistani dramas and exploring GS. Then i came across KKF’s thread. I didn’t even know this was happening in my city as these days i just watch Pakistani dramas on humtv. Martin Place is financial area of the city, it is near courts, TV channels and hospital as well as lot of corporate/law firm buildings. My friend, however, was working in an office 200 m away from the incident. The police had the area on lockdown and only slowly let people from surrounding buildings. People have reacted well.
