I dont’ really have time to read through 80 ++ posts, so please be patient if I’m repeating what someone else has said.
First thing, there is no such thing as a “better” girl raised in pak. You’ve good girsl there, you’ve good girls here (as hard as it is to believe). Just an example: my two year old cousins have grown fond of disgusting punjabi gaaliyan. It’s funny but it’s sad at the same time; I’ve never seen any two year olds, desi, non desi, yelling out "M-F! F! etc etc etc.
Don’t fall into the bullshiit of how ABCD girls are slutty or not worth anything, unfortunately you find that attitude too much among desis. 
Wherever you have more people who love you and genuinely care about you and wnat to see you happy, marry there, be it Pak or US. You can have American-money expensive weddings in Pak, you can have simple weddings here in the US. And if you’re really torn, then do a small party/reception in each place, that’s what we’re doing
