Muslim leaque like Congress was the British attempt to prepare a second tier local leadership , kind of loyal subjects from with , who could be used to rule .
Remember , never in the history of British India , were ever British more then 30,000-35,000 in number .
Congress was first created , but it created doubts in the mind of their Muslim subjects , so Muslims were encouraged to form Muslim leaque , remember Muslims always are divided in Rulers and ruled , Hakim and riyayaa … thats why A Bengali Nawab 's house was used to form Muslim leaque

the first point in the charter of Muslim leque was

most of its Leaders including M A Jinnah were trained by British In Britian

they started claiming as the sole representatives of Muslims Interests , so when this claim was tested in the 1936’s election , it fell flat .

Muslims leaque with a claim to be the sole representative of muslim interests bagged only 2 seats out 84 in Punjab , and 19 out of 129 seats in Bengal .
