Fried turkey is sooooooooooooo good!!! This is gonna be the first year in a long time we’re doing oven baked. But my parents used to get the fried turkey from a chef, so it was always perfect and moist from the inside, since in the oven it’s many sometimes a little dry.

There are many tips and tricks on the internet to keep it moist.
