I deep fried it with that oil-less fryer from Char Broil. Used a flavor injector to inject Cajun Creole Butter seasoning and then rubbed it with Shan’s Chicken Tikka masala. I was very happy with the result. So was the whole family and the guests. It was ripped to the bones once we were all done. Next time I will have to buy a bigger turkey. :bummer:
