Fried turkey is sooooooooooooo good!!! This is gonna be the first year in a long time we're doing oven baked. But my parents used to get the fried turkey from a chef, so it was always perfect and moist from the inside, since in the oven it's many sometimes a little dry.
There are many tips and tricks on the internet to keep it moist.
I deep fried it with that oil-less fryer from Char Broil. Used a flavor injector to inject Cajun Creole Butter seasoning and then rubbed it with Shan’s Chicken Tikka masala. I was very happy with the result. So was the whole family and the guests. It was ripped to the bones once we were all done. Next time I will have to buy a bigger turkey.
