If you have any recipe to make turkey with desi mirch masala , please share it. I have invited a few fob families this thanksgiving. I am sure they will not like gora style turkey.
Anybody tried charga masala and then deep fried the turkey ? That is what I am thinking as they like my Lahori Chargha.

Also try marinating with lahori chargha masala but baking it instead of frying.

They believe in "agar marna hee hay toh kha k maroo , baghair kha-a kion maro" so they will not mind deep fried turkey. :D

I bought a oil-less turkey fryer by Char Broil . It Had 60 good reviews on Amazon that convinced me it will work. If it does not then I can return it.

A lot about 30 dollars worth. It is dangerous and tedious to handle all that oil so I opted for oil-less frying.

I am thinking of making a halaal turkey but its too bland

I have already opened that thread. You copy cat.
Use shaan charga masala to marinate and coat the turkey and it will be a hit. I am frying turkey this style this year . I will report back about it in my own thread so watch for my update.

Fried turkey is sooooooooooooo good!!! This is gonna be the first year in a long time we're doing oven baked. But my parents used to get the fried turkey from a chef, so it was always perfect and moist from the inside, since in the oven it's many sometimes a little dry.

i 've heard using brown sugar in marinate helps keep it moist.
