I need quick tips to shrink these ASAP.

diet (by that i mean cut down calories not food itself) & workout .
i know it's hard to begin with either one , but one need to have strong will power as well as insentives
my opinion is that ramdhan is best time of the year to set such kindda goals, as one's already eating less & burning out more even thru normal daily / routine work

lol.. ok so get a stability ball.. these work wonders when ur trying to shape the butt and tummy! Use medicine balls to do your squats..
Stand against a wall and place the stability ball behind u.. the little of ur back should be where the ball should be around.. grab a 2 lb medicine ball or any dumbbells u might have and start ur squats.. go down for 3 counts and up for 2..


the videos above are amazing for the butt, lower back and hamstring area.. u need to keep ur core strong for everything else to fall into place..
youtube has some amazing videos.. also theres something calld jack-knives that works WONDERS on ur upper stomach, lower abdominal region..

I do pushups using the ball...
adjust it under your feet..and as you do pushups...bring the ball in using your legs...
hope that makes sense.... :)

I would suggest cardio, intensive cardio, any type. After about 40 mins of cardio, strength train/tone as basically you cannot pick and choose where you want to lose weight, it has to be all over.And toning helps to firm up the muscles.

Cardio is good.. but the problem with cardio is that the muscle that u build is not properly toned and even though u might lose the fat in that area.. the only way u can get definition is thru working with weights and doing various exercises.. I purchased sessions with a trainer and she never made me do more than 15 mins of intense cardio.. after which she made me do leg press, squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, lower back, abdomen.. and a 5 min intense cardio cooldown.. and i saw results in 5 sessions..

Niksik, you can get a stability ball from Marshalls for like 10 bucks.. i think.. unless ur in Canada.. for which some are available at homesense and winners.. buying it from a fitness store is just useless.. cuz its the same thing just 20-30 dollars more expensive..

I used to do the intense cardio,and strength training after those, and the results I got after a few months was I had started bulking up on the muscles.I couldnt pin point this out for quite a while, till my trainer told me that.:smack:…I definitely never ever want Brooke Shield’s arms:D…So now I am more on cardio and then strength training or toning which is simply increasing the reps instead of going higher in weights

Buy yourself a mini-trampoline (rebounder) [even Walmart carries them]....do it for 20 minutes everyday and you are all set.

Added benefit of a rebounder is that your kids would love to jump on it too...and get some exercise in the process.

awww.. well i guess it probably depends on how much weight ur using.. if ur sculpting at the same time ur losing the fat its usually easier to see the weight loss.. because it trims u right away. I saw results this way.. prolly because my body was the type where u really needed to work on ur stomach and butt area, and when i saw that I mean it.. I have really slim trim arms and my legs are really patli too so my weight gain zone was the lower abdomen region.

Is that something you'd put indoors?
