tullon ka qatil = tullu

Tahir-ul = Tullu in Punjabi Rafiq is Feeqa, Rasheed is Sheeda

noora means Jaali. And noora khushti = jaali khushti. It is said that PMLN wins election through illegal means. That is why IK call them Noora. And Jali election = noora khushti = a game in which empire takes money from one side and that side is declaired winner, illegally.
