I don’'t know what it means man, just one of those words wildly gets thrown around by AP. To tell you the truth, it took me some time to figure out that Sheeda Tali was slur for Sheikh Rasheed, I first thought they’re dissing the GS member called Sheeda Pistol, lol. Oh dear.
