They must lay down their arms, expell all foreign elements from their areas, close training camps and stop cross-border activites. They would also need to agree to a have an overseeing body of Fata elders to superwise and maintain peace in the region.

In response, Pakistan should allow general amnesty to them provided they pledge that they won’t resort to violence neither against any party in Afghanistan, nor against Pakistan.** Islamabad should in return allocate funds for creation of infrastructure, including hospitals and schools and also create business and employment opportunities for the tribals**.

This is a recipe for total disaster of Al-Qaeda and loosely connected groups like TTP. The schools, employment opportunities are anesthesia for them, they will never accept it.
I don’t know how much longer the establishment of Pakistan will play games and doesn’t speak the truth and same is true for self-called leaders like IK & Fazlu.

Maintain stance as it was before, we don’t talk with terrorists and mass murderers period. If PTI simpletons are such fond of talking with gay-monkeys then i think if they were even 1% serious they can show us something from last couple of years. Well nothing, apart from peace marches and crying out loud on drone attacks.

This year the drone attacks are already the lowest and next year they will probably go down in single digits then what will be the point of view of simpletons i can predict right now it is: general amnesty for all the butchers.
