Bhai, if one leave punishment on PMLN than their punishment would be garland of flower and Sitara-e-jurrat for all TTP leaders ... for leaving terrorism.
But I am hoping that army should give punishment, as these thugs (TTP) not only killed many innocent Pakistanis, but also beheaded many Pakistan army soldiers and later played football with their heads.

Ch Nisar opposed MO in 2012 and IK opposes military operation against Taliban today. Had the US continued with drone attacks and NS did not ask them to stop IK would still be protesting drone attacks instead of election rigging…and there would be no darnha drama today in Islamabad.

As per reports he has been arrested from NWA. The government could sign a peace agreement with him. There's a chance that he'd become a part of good Taliban as the jihad in Afghanistan will continue.

if that's true then what a pity government policies against terrorism. good Talibans attacking in AfGhanistan is somehow a kosher thing to do. what if some group finds refuge in AfGhanistan and attack interests in Pakistan? would that be a OK with the government?

They should be hanged, but even if they survive for whatever reason, they should be banned from engaging in Tableegh or teaching of any kind.
In Islam, when one do Zibah, we cut throat … or from front of the animal’s neck so that spinal cord (that carries nerve system) do not get injured. In this way, animal suffer least and feel insignificant pain. But these animals-cum-shaitan are so cruel that they use to do Zibah of human from back side of the neck so that their human victim suffers badly and have painful ordeal before death.
Now, what tableegh these criminals would do? Teach other people how to do human sacrifice in most inhumane way and inflicting them with as much pain as possible?

Misleading title perhaps. They have not surrendered they gave up the armed struggle (they say so)
