Why Taliban Khan dissociated from talks as proposed by his “maut ke saudgar”. He was very much proponent of these killers and called them ‘ghairat mand’. He should have accepted their offer openly and sit on the side of his ‘gharatmand maut ke saudagar’. Again he has proved himself as Universal Master of U-Turns, Pakistan ever created after Mush.

He is not an authorized person to talk to Taliban from government side, he has been defending talks between Taliban and government, so why should he be part of a conversation where he has no authorization to make any decisions?
