@ khattichic : im agreed , i will gradually learn everything, actually , i'm experiencing mixed comments , a recently pregnant lady had shared her experience that she avoided using stairs for the 1st trimester because she had faced a miscarriage before.. After 11 weeks i had miscarried my baby so i am n0t much educated and experienced . I have visited babycentre and will try to learn things from this website

Sometimes people have a weak cervix and in that case stairs are to be avoided.

True, but that would only come to be known by an internal exam by the OB/GYN who would then specifically order bed rest or avoiding stairs etc.

Until you have been ordered by the doctor to avoid something, an otherwise healthy pregnant lady can still use stairs.

thank you. but I am super nervous. going for check up and ultrasound in 2 weeks. I think I am only 3 weeks right now (calculating my ovulation date). it is a planned pregnancy but still, didn't really feel quite ready yet.

Don't worry, that's why u have 9 months to plan and be prepared. Just think women have Lways been doing this and surely there were ones who were more nervous.

Hello frnds.

How r u all? I want to know does cycle change after one year of marriage ?l have 30 day cycle which changes to 37 days from 2 months.I am worried becoz it's never happen I'm regular always .will fertility drugs can show some good results if cycle get distrub? Any remedy for this.

it seems you have irregular cycle infertility drugs do set your cycle, u need to consult doctor

Thankyou .. I hope so InshaAllah :) .. a little about me I had an ectopic in dec 2011 .. now after all tests I have been told that my left tube is bocked, thats where I had the ectopic :( .. my right tube is fine alhumdulilah .. I have been given clomid to try .. I have also been told that I have a much higher risk of an ectopic :( .. my gynae said to try clomid if not then most likey it'll have to be IVF :( .. I just hope and pray that I don't have to go for IVF .. InshaAllah this clomid will work for me in the right tube

I don't really know about the ovulation tests with clomid .. I normally used them I don't know if I should use them this month .. is there anything else I need to be aware of? :)

InshAllah it won't get to the stage of IVF. My husband's cousin had an ectopic pregnancy but she went on to have 2 beautiful healthy children. The good thing is that your right tube is still functioning and although the gynae said there's a higher risk, the chances are still higher for you to go on to have a healthy pregnancy. You could also end up with twins! Are you taking prenatal vitamins/folic acid?

I'm also trying to conceive following a missed miscarriage in July of this year. I'm thinking to start using ovulation tests because I'm desperate for a child.

There are a few prayers that I've been told that I could share with you if you want x

That's good to hear about your husbands cousin .. InshaAllah it'll work for me .. yeah I'm grateful I have ateast 1 working tube :) .. I'm taking normal vitamins for women .. maybe I need to look into that, get some prenatal vitamins

Am married since 8 n half months my age 27 years one main nth n hubbys age 27.5 nd trying to convince bt no progress...:( meri MIL doctor k pas last month ly kar gai the my ultrasound was fine bt doctor said ap k eggs main thora prob lgra hai thoray weak lg rahay hyn... cant understand how she can check the quality of egg by just an external scan? m very upset :/
