To smoothen wrinkles and moisturize the skin the natural way, peel and core a small apple, mash it well and blend with one teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on the face and neck slowly in an upwards direction. Wash off with warm water after 15 minutes to see a marked improvement. Try this thrice a week for 3 weeks and then only once a week to find a distinct lack of wrinkles and moisturized skin

Re: trusted and tried tips for beautiful skin and hair
I'm going to be completely honest with you. Finding the best treatment for dark eye circles does require a bit of work (or a LOT of luck). But this article will make finding a treatment for dark eye circles much easier.
If you want any chance of finding an effective treatment for dark eye circles, you'll need to make sure it does a few things.
1.** Improve blood circulation*: When too much blood is trying to flow through your capillaries, some blood cells begin to wander into your skin underneath your eyes.
2. **Remove accumulated hemoglobin deposits: Hemoglobin is what gives blood it's red color. When blood cells wander into your skin, an bodily enzyme breaks down the blood cells and leaves hemoglobin components in your skin. This is where the dark black/blue color comes from.
3.* Thicken the skin under your eyes*: When the skin beneath your eyes gets too thin, the black and blue pigmentation becomes more visible.
4.* Prevent damage caused by free radicals*: Free radicals constantly destroy your skin cells, adding to the thinning of your skin. Antioxidants are used to fight off free radicals and protect your skin against oxidative stress.
5.* Increase the firmness and elasticity of your skin**: The firmer and elastic your skin is, the thicker it stays and the harder it is for wrinkles and other aging signs to develop. Collagen is the skin protein that keeps your skin firm and tone and elastin keeps it flexible and elastic.
If you can find a treatment for dark eye circles containing ingredients to prevent all of these things, they you can pretty much guarantee success and results.
One ingredient you may want to learn more about is Halyoxl™. Halyoxl™ actually improves circulation in the skin under eyes and also gets rid of excess hemoglobin components. In fact, Halyoxl has been found in scientific studies to be effective at reducing bags and dark eye circles by up to 60%.
And perhaps an even better ingredient is CynergyTK™. This is a cutting edge ingredient that both thickens your skin and promotes firmness and elasticity in your skin by stimulates the production of collagen, elastin, and skin cells. ON TOP OF THAT, it also contains a special kind of antioxidant that destroys MILLIONS of free radicals and defends your skin against oxidative stress.
Would you recommened peel-off masks? Or do they stretch the skin over time?
Today's cosmetic counters are flooded with countless facial masks; masks that cleanse, masks that nourish, masks for the young, masks for the old, masks for dry skin, masks for oily skin, masks for normal skin and so on and on and on. So, with so many available masks why am I here to suggest that you make your own cosmetic facial mask? That's easy. The reason I suggest that you make your own cosmetic facial mask is due to the fact that it is easy, it will always be fresh without additives or preservatives and it is much more economical. Furthermore, chances are that your kitchen is already stocked with the ingredients and tools that you need for the process, so there will be no need to go out shopping. And one more issue that is always a decisive factor for me and it may be for you as well; you always know exactly what has gone into the mask you make yourself, whose hands have touched it and whether or not it was prepared under the same hygienic conditions that you personally approve of.
Having said all that I did so far, it is my turn to ask you a question. Why not treat yourself to a homemade facial mask? It's a facial indulgence you will enjoy and it will leave your face moisturized, exfoliated and glowing with health. Try it once and you will, no doubt, be hooked for life.
Let us take a look at a few of my favorite homemade facial masks:
1. Honey and Avocado Face Mask. **Is your skin dry? Exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize it with the following nourishing products:
- 60 grams of ripe avocado flesh
- 25 grams of fresh orange juice
- 5 grams of pure acacia honey
- 5 grams of molasses
- 5 drops of chamomile essential oil
Combine all the ingredients by hand or a blender. Add more orange juice if the mixture is too thick and, using your fingers, apply to your face and neck. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
2. **Oatmeal Face Mask. This face mask will not only purify your skin but it will also give you a sense of peace and relaxation.
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 whole smashed ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup of pure honey
Mix mashed avocado with honey and continuously add the oatmeal. Apply to your face and neck and leave on for 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water.
3. Peel-Off Mask Recipe. This mask will peel off your blackheads and possibly your whiteheads as well. If you have "sensitive" skin, rinse it off instead of peeling and do not use it in the midst of an acne flare up.
- 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
- 1 ½ tablespoons of cold milk
- 1 egg white
- Vitamin E Oil (from a capsule or a bottle)
Mix the unflavored gelatin with the cold milk over a very low flame until it melts. Remove from the flame and set it aside to cool. Add the egg white and mix until it becomes smooth and let it cool further. Apply a thin layer over your entire face, omitting the tender skin around your eyes. Wait for it to dry for approximately 30 minutes and peel off gently. Then rinse your face with lukewarm water and apply the vitamin E oil.
Re: trusted and tried tips for beautiful skin and hair
Oily facial skin is caused by the excessive production of oil by oil glands. While oil in and of itself is actually acts as a shield that protects the skin from drying, when produced in excess amounts, it can cause oily facial skin and numerous other side effects of it such as acne, pimples, and blackheads.
The beauty of homemade face masks that target oily facial skin is in the fact that they require little money to be made, can be prepared in a couple of minutes, and are formulated in such a way that they address the issue that causes the oiliness in the first place.
The main thing that makes homemade face masks that treat oily facial skin effective is the use of oils or other ingredients that sufficiently moisturize the skin without adding oil or grease to the skin.
Here are 5 homemade face masks that clear up oily facial skin: 1 - Yogurt Oily Facial Skin Cleanser
Mix 7oz of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply on the face and massage the face gently. Wash off with warm water and pat dry. 2 - Oatmeal Oily Facial Skin Purifier
Grind oats and combine them with water to make a paste. Apply it on the face in circular motion, massage the skin gently. Rinse off with warm water. 3 - Oily Facial Skin Cleansing Mask
3 tablespoons of Aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon of lime juice
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation
Mix 3 tablespoons of Aloe vera gel with 1 tablespoon of honey until completely and smoothly mixed. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Stir mixture until completely blended, sugar should remain undisolved.
Using your fingers, apply mask on the face and leave on for 15 minutes. Massage the face while washing the mask off, pat dry. 4 - Oily Facial Skin Yeast Homemade Face Mask
Ingredients:
200 ml (7oz) of yogurt
2 drops of menthol oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 teaspoons of inactive yeast
1 potato.
Peel a potato and place it in a bowl of water. Let it stay there for a couple of hours.
You will need 2 teaspoons of this water. Mix in all the ingredients and add those 2 tablespoon of "potato water".
Apply to skin, let it rest for 20-30 min and rinse with luke warm water. 5 - Tomato Oily Facial Skin Mask
Use the pulp of fresh tomato (peel to remove the skin), use a blender or fork to mush it, and apply on the face for 15mins. Wash off with lukewarm water.
My name might be complicated, but my skin care recipes are a breeze!
Re: trusted and tried tips for beautiful skin and hair
Facial masks generally are not a good idea for daily skin care. While a clay or silicone or vegetable mask can feel good, most masks can irritate the skin. Sometimes, however, a facial mask is just the thing to heal blemishes. And the good news is, you can make them for just pennies.
In the old days, mothers and grandmothers treated their offspring's' blemishes with masks made from sulfur and mud. There's no doubt that sulfur, yellow and stinky as it is, disinfects acne-prone skin. The problem is, various reactions between sulfur and water and mud can create a very mild solution of sulfuric acid. The acid also disinfects the skin, but it takes more than just dead skin cells and sebum along with it when you peel off the mask.
And even if you make mask that does not irritate your skin, masks just are not the best choice for treating blemishes. Acne has be treated once or twice every day. Very few of us have time for two facials a day, and not too commercial masks never irritate the skin.
Another old favorite, however, is completely safe for the skin. Milk of magnesia makes a mask that actually heals blemishes. It's alkaline, rather than acidic, and the magnesium provides acts as a potent antioxidant directly in the pores of the skin. Milk of magnesia is anti-inflammatory, and, gram for gram, absorbs far more sebum than any clay.
Clay is OK. Just remember that there are cheaper alternatives, and be sure that any mask you use for blemishes does not irritate your skin. Remember, if a product causes your skin to break out, it's not your fault. Don't hesitate to ask for refunds for products that do not work. Your returning the product gives the manufacturer valuable information that can be used to make future products better.

Home made facial masks are very easy to make. There is two types of masks; a relaxing mask and a stimulating mask.Relaxing masks moisturize the skin and refresh the skin. Stimulating masks promote blood flow and firm up the skin. Face masks offer the best protection in the fight against Sars. Oily skin use some plain Milk of Magnesia, rub it on and let dry, then rinse with lukewarm water. The best homemade facial mask have used is a raw egg yolk. just apply the raw yolk to your face and neck for 30 minutes and rinse with cool water. Egg yolks are high in vitamin A. For Normal/combination skin mix one egg and 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal and a teaspoon olive oil until smooth. Spread on your face and leave 15 min then rinse.
Face masks have been part of beauty regimen of women since ancient times. Many fruits and vegetables can also be used to good effect. Take a nicely ripe 1/4th apple and mash it with a fork and add 1 teaspoon oatmeal and 1 teaspoon honey to it and apply it on the face and leave it on till the mixture dries on the face thoroughly and then rinse it off with ordinary water. This is especially good for all types of skin in the autumn. Avocado Facial Mask-Mash half an avocado and apply it.

Mud face masks or clay face masks are best suited for oily skin.
Clay face masks dry up in a short while after application on the face.
Firming masks usually come in cream or gel form. They are massaged into the contours of your face that are looser than you would like them to be.
Radiance masks make use of vitamins and light diffusers to add glow to dull and lifeless skin. The skin is moisturized and toned to look smooth and young.
Hydrating face masks moisturize dry skin and soothe the moisture-starved skin. An emollient face mask must restore natural oils in the skin and provide the hydro-lipid film on the skin.
Peel off masks are usually gel-based. They are applied to the face and then peeled off when dry.

aur my dear sisters guppies this is the most effective treatment i m working on with ,i m sharing with you with all my sincere efforts and my buisness secrets, say no to bleach or polishing ,peeling stuff try this and get the results in a cheaper way.
Skin Whitening/Lightening grabs a big chunk in this $45 Billion Beauty Industry. There are loads of products available in the market which help you get lighter complexion. There are some which just don't work(they are there for the name sake and are loaded with harsh chemicals) and there are some which might work. I have never tried any whitening cream so I am not the right person to comment on it.
If you ask me about skin lightening remedies I will just be able to help you out with my natural face packs which I think are much safer and effective ones.
What are the ingredients used in most of the fairness/whitening/lightening creams, lotions and serums?
The most common ingredients are Kojic Acid, Hydroquinone, Licorice, Glycolic Acid, Arbutin and Fruit Enzymes.
Most of these acids and enzymes are found in fruits like Pineapple, Bearberry, Blueberry, Cranberry, Papaya, Pumpkin etc.
You can make your own Skin Whitening Recipe at home. Try this recipe.
Papaya, Pumpkin and Pineapple Face Pack
For this recipe you will need-
3 tbsp Ripe Pumpkin
3 tbsp Green Papaya
2 tbsp Pineapple
Mix these ingredients together and blend it with the help of a hand blender. Apply this smooth paste on your face and rinse off after 20 minutes.
If you want to use it as a peel-off mask then try this-
1 packet Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 Cup Juice of Pumpkin, Papaya and Pineapple
Heat(don't boil) the ingredients until all the gelatin has dissolved and let it cool.(You can refrigerate it for sometime)
Spread it on your face and gently peel off after 20 minutes or once you feel you are ready to peel it off.
You can refrigerate this mixture for up to 3 days(only the first one not the peel-off mask)
Have A Safe Skin Whitening!
Re: trusted and tried tips for beautiful skin and hair
If you have a dry skin and not too keen on having it look like a withered apple, then your only way out is to jump headlong into a dry skin care regimen. The dry skin is basically a dehydrated skin, very sensitive to the weather elements. So the dry skin care regimen is all about nourishing the skin and keeping it protected from external ravages.
Dry skin care involves getting to the roots of the problem. Apart from the intrinsically dry skin type, dryness can also be the result of taking drugs like diuretics, antispasmodics, and antihistamines. Dry skin can also result from medical conditions like hypothyroidism, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, seborrhea and diabetes. Excessive exposure to harsh weather elements like snow, sun and winds and the use of chemicals on the skin, Vitamin A and B deficiencies can lead to conditions of dryness too.
The essentially dry skin has a dull look about it especially around the mouth and the eyes and it feels taut and uncomfortable right after washing. Chapping and cracking are its severest symptoms.
Dry skin care primarily involves nourishing it with baby oil, gentle moisturizing creams and preferably, a non-detergent based, neutral-pH product to clean it. Dry skin needs an out-and-out cleaning but not with a commercial soap. After washing, always use a moisturizer to keep the skin looking and feeling soft and supple. It’s good if you apply the moisturizer over a damp skin.
You can also use oil for hydrating your dry skin, however while massaging, take care not to stretch your skin. Apply oil profusely around the eyes, because this is the area most prone to wrinkles and crow’s feet.
Dry skin care demands the application of only very gentle and preferably natural beauty care products. Thus when you retire for the night, massage yourself with a homemade nourishing cream. Or you can use a natural beauty mask consisting egg, honey, olive oil and rose water to provide your skin with all the nourishments.
A warm milk bath with a few drops of almond oil added to it will soften and hydrate your skin like nothing else. Dry, cracked lips respond well to a little milk cream mixed with rose water and lime juice, while style divas swear by the raw-beetroot-application-before-the-lipstick routine. Just a dab of Vaseline afterwards ensures that your lips remain pink and pretty.
Dry skin care also involves knowing what to stay away from. Overheated rooms, beauty care treatments that use steam and sudden changes of temperatures wreck havoc on a dry skin. While stepping out in the cold, liberally douse yourself with some kind of moisturizer, and pile on the sunscreen when you go out in the sun.
Your diet too plays an important role in containing the reverses of a dry skin. While smoking and fatty, oily foods are a definite no-no, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with copious quantities of water daily, improve the quality of your skin and they have also been proven to contain anti-ageing properties. Thus with such foods in your diet, you not only remain healthy, but look also good.
There are many herbs that can be directly applied to the skin or consumed to help your condition of dryness. Thus chamomile, lavender, calendula, comfrey, tea tree oil, aloe vera and peppermint used in herbal facials are good for dry skin and borage, fennel, coltsfoot or calendula tea can be had daily for a youthful looking skin.
Dry skin care actually means pampering your skin, for you have to always keep in mind that you are dealing with something very fragile.
