Re: Triple Talaq valid?
Why would the prophet SAW be angry if he SAW considered three as one?
The point here is that yes, it is not considered good (bidah) or something to be angered upon and a sinful act, BUT, the three talaq in one settings have been considered valid. Arguments in this favor are presented by those who believe in three talaq as three and then quote other hadiths where the prophet SAW admonished but did not say three should be considered as one.
In one hadith he SAW asked the man to sear that his intention was one and the prophet SAW asked him to swear on it. He swore his intention was one.
The prophet SAW then declared it as one.
Why would the prophet SAW ask the man to swear on his intention if he was not concerned about the numbers?
**Anyhow, like I said this is a complex matter. Better practice is what is described in Quran.
But three in one setting is still considered valid (not considered good or ahsan) by a large number of followers.
