Allah doesn’t like flattery.

Yes, but giving the credit where it is due (for encouragement), and instead of saying “You are so and so/ such and such”, saying “MashaAllah, Allah (swt) has blessed you with…this and this…”

Hopefully, inshaAllah it will not be unpleasant. Allah (swt) knows best.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

well said Bro. CS.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

May be your Prophet was affectionate to his daughter as a father to protect his daughter?. But not saying a woman's name front of na-mehram is somehow treasure to her?. Seriously??. It could be some kind of custom of Arab tribe?

Re: Treasure of a Woman

the ahadith is that Bibi Fatimeh (a.s) replied with "A women's hijab is her zewar".

Re: Treasure of a Woman

What the edit? You could just ignore the dude (CMGG) if he bothers you so much. What's the point of so much nagging?

Re: Treasure of a Woman

With Gold prices close to record high levels, a woman's treasure is her jewelery.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Nagging? I'm only preaching.

Or is it only the men who are allowed to preach according to your religion/sect/whatever?

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Crime you do sound like those tablighi jamaat walae. Every father is protective toward his daughter and your prophet Muhammed was not any different.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

her simplicity, honesty, modesty, intelligence, understanding, kindness, and tolerance to all the edit that society throws at her.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

How much she follows the deen, simplicity, modesty, kindness to other people, soft spoken, - these are all real treasures.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Answer to this thought provoking question would vary widely. Personally, I'd say arse.

Well I don't think that was the point of this thread, he's not talking about physical aspects.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

As narrated by Hadhrat Ibn Umar (R.A):

**“Whoever imitates a people is from them.”

** ('Mishkaat' and 'Abu Dawood')

*The more one tries to be closer to the lifestyle/ways of the Prophet (saw) and Hazrat Fatima (r.a), the more s/he would be closer to them in the life hereafter and vice versa. May Allah (swt) bless us all with the wisdom and strength to be able to train ourselves in accordance to that of our ideals. Ameen!

For the evils of their deeds will confront them, and they will be encircled by that which they used to mock at. 39:48 Quran.

SubhanAllah.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Prophet Mohammed PBUH is a better father and person than any father that ever existed or will exist, for you to make that kind of statement comparing him to other dads, is highly highly insulting.

I know you are not a Muslim but don't come to a forum where most people would be Muslim and say stuff like that.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Man what can I say, I can't thank almighty enough for keeping the actual judgment in his own hands rather than our self righteous assclowns. If he hadn't, heaven would an absolute mental mess.

Re: Treasure of a Woman

Hazrat Jabir (r.a.) said that The Prophet (saw) said, “Every one will be raised in the condition in which he dies.”

[Sahih Muslim]***
**
Commentary:**
This Hadith signifies that if a person dies performing good deeds, he will have a good end; and the one who dies in misdeeds, he will come to a bad end. It is, therefore, necessary that one should always avoid disobedience of Divine injunctions (in both actions and words), because one may fall in the clutches of death at any time. And Allah Knows Best!

Did someone say 'Her husband's credit cards' yet?
