True, the Niyyah and also the efforts one puts in, the prayers one makes for wisdom+guidance (in this regard), the resources one adopts and the planning one does in trying one’s level best to reach as close to the lifestyle of one’s ideals as one humanly can.
What is humanly possible and if our efforts are enough (in the circumstances that we are in), no one but only Allah (swt) would decide/judge ultimately. The more efforts/thoughts/planning done in pleasing Him, the more He would be pleased (and inshaAllah reward us).
We talk about the Ideals only to clarify our perspective about the ‘Benchmark’ (ultimate heights)
even then it doesn't make sense to me.....Allah didn't mention the names for whatever reason (we don't know the reason) but we still know the names through ahadith and previous scriptures.
Ok you are right. Actually Allah did not mention any woman's name in Quran because no woman did anything substantial to worth a mention.
MashaAllah TLK bhai. Allah (swt) has blessed you with wisdom to put things into right perspective, so that the right can be differentiated from wrong.
I might be appearing wiser in comparison to Catskin.
Joking :D
what about this? Allah didn't mention other women by name and we don't need to make any assumptions why or why didn't He do it.
Quran is the book of guidance, not a book of story telling. Other than specific ehkamaat, where we have to accept them as they are, every verse gives guidance in some form or the other. The whole science of Fiqh is based on the study of why Quran said or did not say something.

The fiqh's rulings and conclusions are based on ahadith while CMG's stories are based on tablighi literature.
