I figured... apparently British Airways loses luggage for 1 in 7 of its passengers - just heard the statistic on TV today when they were announcing the new Heathrow terminal and how the new facilities will make luggage management more efficient.
Really?
I've been on BA dozens of times, and they haven't lost my luggage once.
