i will be going pakistan after 8 yrs…and i will be traveling with my son who will be nearly 2 yrs in feb i am scared tht i hope he dont give me a hard time coz he cant sit for more than 30 mins. Any advance anyone can give me?? and he is very fussy about eating he only eats pizza and with his fav cartoon mickey mouse on..otherwise he dont eat at all…is there any channel in PIA with cartoon network channel or kids??

First thing first, get him immunized. typhoid, hepatitis A B and others. Check CDC web site and call them to ask which shots does he need.
Secondly, use Mineral water. OK people will say things "huh bareey aeeey mineral water..hum tu yee hee panie petey hain nalkey wala" ...just ignore them if you want your trip to be worry free
and finally, you will find tonz of Pizza shops in Karachi. Pizza hut is almost always around the corner (or 10 min drive). PIA has cartoon channels but depends which aircraft you gets. If its 777, he can watch cartoons on demand.

be good chance of stomach getting upset......

Buy a portable dvd player and keep some of his favorite dvd's with you.
Plus, you have enough time to train him otherwise, where he can start eating other stuff without watching any cartoons

he only likes to eat pizza and only eats it when he is watching cartoon....he is not tht kinda of kid who watch cartoon all day
