Movement disorder

If anyone knows a good medical term for it (in Urdu) of course, it would be great. I read حرکی فساد somewhere, do you think that fits the bill?

sab se pahle to agar aap is lafz [tawaazun] ko iste'maal karte haiN to iskaa saHeeH form hogaa "mutawaazun" because it's passive. magar, yahaN Ghair mutawaazun would mean "imbalance". so, **"Ghair mutawaazun" means "imbalance" and NOT "disorder"***...ok? :)*

Kuch words ko agar word by word translate karain to unka meaning different hota hy magar sentence mein istamaal se woh us sentence ke mutabik meaning show karta hy. Jaise 'Zehani tawazun'. Zehan ke saath tawazun ka lafz istamaal howa hy albatta Zehan or Tawazun do alag alag words hain.
