translated band names, song titles, movie names

we talked about it a long time ago, that as you traslate from one laguage to another sometimes you get rather interesting results.

it is completely acceptable and all, we are used to it in one culture but when you try to translate it for a diff culture, it just does not work.

I mean think of a band..

red hot chilli peppers..

or a song..

sexyback

or a movie

one flew over the cukoos nest

or even sports teams

chicago bears, golden state warriors, philly flyers..

traslate them into urdu and see how it sounds. I suppose same holds true for urdu stuff transltaed into english..
