as far as i know there are no single words for the translation apart from describing it which i will do it as follow:

mayon = ubtan day...where people put ubtan paste on the bride...the paste is made from turmeric, sandalwood powder etc.

goud bharayi = baby shower day (literally it means fill the lap of the woman (with gifts etc) who is expecting.

mere khayal se pakistan main goud bharayi pregnancy ka foran pata chalne ki baad hi hoti hai.

maira to khayal hay k pakistan mein hoti hi nahi. never ever heard of it in my family.
