Did she have a mehram accompanying her at the time of the incident? The article doesn't really give too many details. We shouldn't be so quick to judge the saudis.

Right, we should’ve waited until girl was executed, I’m glad she is in Pakistan now. Thanks to Saudis for deporting atleast, that was a REALLY big favor :rolleyes:

BTW, why does it matter whether she was accompanying a “mehram” or not? Is it permissible to rape one if she is not? :hoonh:

Despicable! May Allah (SWT) deal with them in a manner that befits their crimes, ameen.

Pakistan government should do something about it. If not then Amnesty and other such organizations need to be contacted, so hopefully justice could be served, and such shameless and despicable creatures punished.

i have nothing but harsh words for men like this that are similar to the man that rapes the neighbour's daughter yet prefers his family women to cover up in hijab.

All I'm trying to say is that if a girl or women is wearing a hijab and has a mehram accompanying her, she is exponentially less likely to be raped then a women who dresses scantily and causes men to contemplate sin. Islam offers a way for women to emancipate themselves from the abuse of men but sadly it is being ignorantly labeled as oppressive these days. Also I was asking about the mehram because I have read that it is illegal for a women to travel without one in saudi arabia.

Obviously, I'm not sanctioning the raping of women who don't have a mehram accompanying them. I just wish to learn more about this incident so I wont jump to conclusions.

Dude What the F U C K is wrong with you. rape is wrong and should be punishable by death. no man ( a real man) would do such a thing. dont you have family (women) at home. what if they have an emergency and need to go outside, does that constitute for them being raped cause there was no one with then at that time.
