NA 120 will tell the first fire back on panama verdict. This guy is saying nothing logical and seasoned lawyers like Asma Jehamgir who are actually experts have already told us all we need to do. Now it’s interesting game. NS will be out all over Punjab, campaign 2018 is on, vote bank is intact, AK, GB and Baluchistan CMs have opened the battle cry, Acjkzai, Fazlu, Baluch nationalists and ANP all have soft corners for NS and 90s alliances are back on, now you will see power of Nawaz the politician.

I had a nice dinner with some old NED friends today. I choose the restaurant special three course meal as the best value however as I am diabetic I decided to not take desert (cheese cake) although it was due to me as part of the contract (by accepting goods at the price noted). I guess I am no longer Sadiq and Ameen and can’t run for NA.well no need to renounce my us citizenahip now.
What a crock of $hit judgement. Looks like the b@stard Khosa was taking revenge of his sisters divorce.

نوازشریف سے زیادہ قومی غیرت کا مظاہرہ تو آصف زرداری نے کیا تھا، نوازشریف میں تو اتنی غیرت بھی نہ بچی کہ وہ فوری طور پر ان دونوں بے غیرتوں کی مذمت کرتا اور اس قسم کے غداری کے بیانات کی حوصلہ شکنی کرتا۔
ابھی نوازشریف خاندان کے پاس اقتدار موجود ہے، آبادی اور رقبے کے لحاظ سے ملک کے سب سے بڑے دو صوبوں میں ان کی حکومت ہے اور مرکز میں بھی ابھی ن لیگ کی حکومت کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں۔ صرف نوازشریف کی وزارت عظمی کیا گئی، ملک توڑنے اور ملکی وحدت کو خطرہ لاحق ہوگیا؟
نوازشریف نے جس تھالی میں کھایا، اسی میں چھید کیا۔ جیسا بے غیرت لیڈر، ویسے ہی نسلاً حرامی اس کے سپورٹر!!! بقلم خود باباکوڈا

[RIGHT]ن لیگی رہنما آجکل عاصمہ جہانگیر سے ’ تفسیر آئین ’ سیکھنے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں۔ عاصمہ جہانگیر نے پہلے چند ججوں کے پی سی او کے تحت حلف اٹھانے کا شوشہ چھوڑا اور آج پرائزبانڈز کی کمائی سے اربوں روپے کی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی بنانے والا خواجہ سعد رفیق بھی سوال کررہا ہے کہ کیا پی سی او کے تحت حلف اٹھانے والے جج صادق اور امین کہلائے جاسکتے ہیں؟خواجہ سعد رفیق کے منہ پر ایک زناٹے دار تھپڑ مار کر پوچھا جائے کہ:1۔ پی سی او کے تحت تو جسٹس افتخار چوہدری نے بھی حلف اٹھایا تھا، پھر اس کو بحال کرنے کیلئے ن لیگ کیوں ہلکان ہوئے جارہی تھی؟ کیا آپ لوگ ایک " غیر صادق و غیر امین " جج کو سپریم کورٹ کا چیف جسٹس بنانا چاہتے تھے؟2۔ 2008 میں جب زرداری حکومت آئی تو ن لیگ بھی حکومت کا حصہ بنی۔ جن وزرا نے مشرف کے ہاتھوں حلف اٹھایا ان میں سعد رفیق، اسحاق ڈار اور خواجہ آصف سمیت کئی ن لیگی وزرا شامل تھے۔ جاوید ہاشمی میں تھوڑی غیرت تھی، اس نے وزیر بننے سے اس لئے انکار کردیا کہ وہ مشرف سے حلف نہیں لینا چاہتا تھا۔ سعد رفیق جیسوں میں غیرت نامی غیرضروری چیز سرے سے موجود نہیں ہوتی، اس لئے انہیں حلف اٹھانے میں کوئی مسئلہ نہ آیا۔ وہ مشرف جو آپ لوگوں کی نظر میں غیرآئینی صدر تھا، اسی کے ہاتھوں حلف اٹھا کر آپ نے کس جمہوریت کی خدمت کی؟
3۔ پی سی او کے تحت حلف اٹھانے والا اگر صادق و امین نہیں رہتا تو پھر ضیائی مارشل لا میں وزیر اور بعد میں وزیراعلی بننے والا نوازشریف کیسے صادق و امین ہو سکتا ہے؟
4۔ سب سے آخر میں یہ بھی پوچھ لیا جائے کہ گلف سٹیل مل سے لے کر عزیزیہ مل، نیلسن و نیسکول آفشور کمپنیاں، فلیگ شپ انویسٹمنٹ اور لندن فلیٹس کی جتنی بھی ٹرانزیکشنز ہوئیں، ان سب کا کوئی ایک بھی بنک ریکارڈ پیش نہ کرسکنے والا صادق و امین کیسے ہو سکتا ہے؟
5۔ زمینوں پر قبضہ کرکے اور جعلی اکاؤنٹس سے بنکوں سے قرضے لے کر امپیریل گارڈن ہاؤسنگ سکیم بنانے والا خواجہ سعد رفیق خود کیسے صادق و امین ہوسکتا ہے؟؟؟ بقلم خود باباکوڈا

I wud have been very happy if judges give verdict that he is found guilty of providing forged documents and falsified money trail. hence he is not sadiq/ameen .
They can also specifiy that during the course of hearing and the findings of JIT provide enough evidences about NS that he has done money laundering so he need to be disqualified from his place until the trial court complete the case and put him in jail.
But they give decision based on a very specific reason that since he didnt mentioned the 10 k Dhms in his wealth statement so he is not sadiq.
Terminating a PM on basis of not mentioning 10 k in his wealth statement ( in a country where corruption / money laundering of billions goes un noticed ) is a joke.

there is nothing wrong said in PM AJK press conference. Listen to the whole thing and if there is an issue with his words, people can punish him with vote but the barking that imran did will not go unnoticed with AJK people as well. This is truth that federation will be in trouble if elected PMs are kept sending homes. Its on NS who is able to forge alliances with Baluch separatists, Pushtun separatists, etc. Remember what was happening in Baluchistan in 2012/11/10 ? CM Baluchistan also spoke in favor of NS. Lets grow up and be ready to hear all this because its truth. I for one am ok with no federation if one institute has to run the show.

^^ i cannot get this point. kashmiris shud think about federation with Pakistan based on some principles not because of NS being PK PM or not drop becasue of IK being PM.
MAybe I cannot understand since I havent seen whole speech but this segment only and this segment is really not good.

The principle was that is the country Pakistan only for one institute, will there be ever respect for Vote and civilian supremacy and if it has to be one institute over peoples choice than why Paksitan if tomorrow another elected PM from AJK will be send home. This is pretty clear. Its NS that brought Baluchies and Pakhtuns on table from Baluchistan, there is very little respect for Federation back in 2012 because of this one institute. Do you want to go back to that time. Do you think NS will be stand down on this, should I the voter of PMLN stand down here or should i say if my vote is not respected than is it better to have my own country out of federation. This will happens a lot more with back hand deals of army.

NS and PML N’s are crying foully now - they have been the tool of establishment every time since 1980 - the won 1990 and 1996 elections by the help of this so called establishment and their victory in 2013 is highly doubtful as well. PML N has never been a people’s party.

Than how come they win heavily ? yes they were tools in 80s and 90s. The 90s politics was left aside after charter of democracy otherwise NS could have killed PPP govt. They have bad past but they moved on so shold you. now its the largest and most popular party.

Its only because of the so called delectables like Kakhan Abbassi and the likes who are with this party. Its a shame to add the words of Muslim League with the Nawaz League.

Than dont add these words but I the Muslim Leagure considers PMLN as the only Muslim league. The electable factor is one thing but love for NS and now SS all over Punjab is very strong as well and they command consierable vote bank of their own. Case in point , the Jehlum MNA who decided to leave PMLN and later didn’t even win enough votes to keep security. If you dont want to accept that is fine but NS commands largest vote of middle class working people who are actually back bone of society and not the ones you get out on streets etc. That is also changing. Just watch and see the start of campaign on GT road tomorrow.

As they feel better off compared to the previous 5 years worst rule by ppp but they should think beyond that the only way forward is hosnesty for the whole nation. Otherwise Pakistan will remain heavily indebted in years to come. I will be dead in next 10 years but I see no hope for my children and their children if we are continued to be ruled by parties like pml n, ppp, mqm, jui etc.
