dont get carried away, it was state sponsored funeral and he was at the time offcial head of Pakistan.
Police (i know for sure about the Punjab police)was ordered to have many busses and vans made available free to public to reach Isb from all over Pakistan. he has some supporters too, but most of them were free riders who has never been to isb!!
