Tolerating the wrong ..

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

ohh brother.. another charge.

so essentially you are admitting, you are only news coverage deep person or critic.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Psyah, TTP also claim that they are following truly deobandi school of thought.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

like todays ago finally I wanted to look into what kharji were, after seeing what isis was up too.

I watched Ghamdi video, where he introduce first kharji moment at the time of usman(ra)
So nicely as he was there spokes person.

I swear to God, after every few min I had to remind me he was NOT talking about taliban but some gourps 1400 years ago.
It was every thing what taliban or isis is all about.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

they make takfeer on others as well.
“Islam is that you bear witness that there is none to be worshipped except Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and that you should keep up prayer, and pay the Zakaat, and fast in Ramadaan, and perform the pilgrimage to the House of God if you are able to do it.” (Muslim, Abu Da‘ud, Tirmizi, Nasa’i)

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Peace brother ajazali

That may be true ... TTP are also a reactionary group where circumstances have created their existence.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

are you making an excuse for TTP?
But you are not ready to accept such excuse for Ikhwan ul muslimoon.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Peace brother ajazali

TTP and Al-Ikhwan are both reactionary. They do not represent the traditional Muslims ... Piety takes second place over power or over revenge for them. I am not making excuses for anyone. Having moved in many Muslim circles I can personally vouch for the lack of tawfeeq that Allah (SWT) has given such groups. They all get too much attention in the media and people like kprasad think they and the Salafis represent the true believers, while others don't.

It's about time we mend our ways ... The first thing is to unite leadership and the second thing is to combine common causes ... Stop being opportunists and stop our dealings with the evil forces of the West to attack our own brethren. We must not fight for conditions of power, but for what is right ... Ready to give back weapons and rule to the people of the land when the attrition ends. Instead we want to conquer the lands in the name of Islam. We only deceive ourselves.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

If you say they are reactionary then what's wrong with it? they may not be as moral you are but dont they have the right to react against injustice done to them?
And let me tell you the difference with example of Ikhwan ul muslimoon's reaction. Their govt was demolished by army dictators, Salfis and Sufis supported army actively and verbally respectively. World knows reaction of Ikhwan. Unlike TTP Ikhwan didnt react violently killing people and children in public and schools. Yet you always choose Ikhwan to portray them as a bad example from ummah and ignore bad things coming out of groups from school of thought you follow.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Brother ajazali

Yes, they have the right ...of course they do ... The Palestinians are ready to die fighting. Many of them are just ready to die. Trust me this is a huge dilemma ... But the bigger picture cannot be realised until we step back and look at that bigger picture.

There are many different groups of Ikhwaan ... They are not homologous some are more antagonistic than others. The only country they have ruled is Egypt, but they have been just as strongly expelled from there ... Hamas is the other elected government of Ikhwaan ... There are conditions they have that will not be met ... Historically Israel has been fulfilling its plan of greater Israel and they are not going to let anything change that.

Even now Al-Quds foundations are being excavated ... That building is going down and they will build their Temple. Traditionally in wars the ranks would set out far away from settlements the women and children and those not commissioned to fight would be safe. These days there is no safe haven for the people. The decision to fight for the Hamas governing party is not just a decision that affect their own members or soldiers, but it affects the whole community. Jihad is about offering your own life up ... But if your action is inevitably going to cause the innocents in your community harm then you need to think again.

The problem here is the Muslim world is doing nothing about it. In the past Muslim armies were sent to restore order in lands where oppression happened. These days the West has cleverly concocted a way for our self-absorption and has managed to severe the ties with Palestine ... Sisi will not help the Palestinians because of Hamas, Syria has it's own problems and Ikhwan are involved there ... Jordan has had bad experiences with Palestinians in the past and Hezbola -being Shi'a are less inclined to help out because of Syria. Iran's now playing ball with the West regarding nuclear technology and Oil and Gas deals ... Pakistan has it's own problems and none of these are by accident ... These were designed so this next move by Israel could happen.

Now it is true that living in oppression is worse than fighting ... But it is also true that a drop of a believer's blood is holier to Allah (SWT) than all the holy places. It is also true that there will come a time when the one lying down will be better than the one sitting up, who will be better than the one standing, who will better than the one walking, riding to fight and so on or that effect. Perhaps that time has come? Will it take a tough decision for Hamas to step down and give leadership to another party or to remove their conditions? Always thinking about saving the blood of innocents rather than fighting ... The truth is the Palestinians are sitting ducks ... And any retaliation is creating more disproportionate counter strikes. For the first time the settlers are now getting involved ... Not just the police and armies, but the civilians Israeli settlers are firing on their Palestinian neighbours ... Recents reports are telling us this ... The vision of the Zionists is to establish their Temple, they will do it ...

There is a part of me that thinks we must secure the welfare of Muslims, over territorial rights and even the Al-Quds ... Had external help come along then the picture would be different ...

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Again whole post is discussing Ikhwan, not a single line for TTP.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

My understanding on TTP is that they have always been part of the history of Pakistan. They are in fact the Qabaili people, with their own customs and they have joined the bandwagon using the Taliban name to gain more international presence. Again they are reactionary, but less so, there is a lot of unfairness that Pakistan's official have ushered towards the regions with Qabaili control. The Taliban did take shelter with these people during the Afghanistan situation. It is now a struggle ... They do not recognise state control of Pakistan ... But Pakistan is making it out that they are terrorists ... And attacked them, this resulted in them actually becoming a real terrorist threat.

Attacking civilians is not the Islamic way to defend oneself ...

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Beautiful cover for TTP yet so many wrong-doings at Ikhwan's part. I think you think so because Ikhwan do not belong to your school of thought and they have influence over Arab youth despite wish of Sufis to influence the Arabs.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

Peace brother ajazali

No you have me wrong, I follow tassuwwuf for me ... It concerns me not if others are in it or not. The issue here is not of religious orientation, but of humanitarian vs political outcomes. Completely on another level we say let those who want power take it, let those who want the love of Allah (SWT) and RasoolAllah (SAW) take it ... Power is corrupting and not a single Shaykh I know desires it ... The advice they give is not for personal gain ... It is for the betterment of the ummah. Ikhwaan want to lead fine, but they need to start taking advice because they are short of wisdom.

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

You know sufis of egypt wanted more share in govt hence they supported Sisi and massacre?
Do you know their hearts to say they are power hungry?

Re: Tolerating the wrong ..

I didn't know that ... My own Shaykh would not have condoned that move. I don't know their hearts, but it is a principle within turuq that Shuyukh avoid leadership.
