What style of toilets do you guys prefer?

The one in the west where you have to sit or the ones in Pakistan where you have to squat?

Personally, my legs get really tired if I have to squat using those toilets in Pakistan.

I was told by someone that the pakistani toilets are better for health. To sit in that way also doesn't require to exert more pressure and is good for kidneys. Doctors say that the western style doesn't allow stool to pass easily, thus at times a person might go through pain.

hahahahah!! lol!! we recently went on a cross-country trip with our 3 little boyz and every place we stopped, we had to worry about what type of "potties" they had! We were camping our way across the country and some campgrounds had "hole-in-ground" type potties (boys refused to go on them), some had tall potties that the boys refused as too big. It was a huge issue lol! I mean the poor little guys would hold it in and get themselves all bound up if they found the potties to be unacceptable. Potties are an important aspect of life - I mean there was even a study done in the USA about divorce rates in family homes that had only one bathroom - the divorce rate in houses with just one potty is dramatically higher than in houses with 2 or more!!!

I hated it here in the U.S when i first came here. This was about 14 years ago. I have a totally opposite view now.

it depends whether its in home, or some public place.
state of indiana tollway has the filthiest toilets, I friggin dont even like to use their urinals with all the pools of pee on the floor. the toilet seats are nasty..

I suppose in such cases I MAY prefer a squat style since you dont actually have to sit on it.

well , western i guess , coz whenever i go to pakistan or a place where they have these eastern johnny , I find it bit hard to pass things .

But when you gotta do it , you do it :) its not p2c2e, better then holding it all the way and then that feeling is off the hinges.

Why to worry about dirty toilets. Just insert a fingure and throw up (insert a fingure in your mouth, i.e.)

^^ When you see a dirty toilet, you feel naseous, if you throw up, you will feel ok. after that use the toilet

Throwing up doesn't justify sitting on the shyt and the pee. don't know about you though.

I don't know that we have the worst - there are some pretty nasty ones up in Chicago - especially around Devon. I personally go BEFORE I cross the state line :)

I take it you've never been south of Gary, with the exception of that armpit of the nation, which may as well be in Chicago, we're really quite lovely and picturesque, if you like corn, that is...
